Kitchen textiles

Lately I have been working on my miniatures in bits and pieces. Recently I pulled out some of my scrap fabric and played around making some things for the kitchen. I had fun putting these aprons and dish cloths together. I still have tons of fabric scraps laying around though!  Hmmmm, what else shall I make?

Antiques shop progress

 

Hello all, I have been working on my Antiques Shop room box when ever I get the chance and it is really coming along!  It will eventually be for my aunt and I am trying to include lots of her favorite things.  She is a minister with the United Church, so I have made a couple of 'rusty' crosses although they still need some work.  I am trying to get some angels in there too but so far I am not too impressed with what I have come up with.  Oh well, I will keep working on it :)  Any suggestions from my fantastic readers would be so very welcome!

Antiques Shop roombox update

Morning everyone!  I have been a little obsessed with this idea of an Antique Shop room box. I guess when I get into something, I get into it Hard. lol.  It is a blast going through the web, pintrest, etsy and blogger for ideas and inspiration.  Here is some of what I have been working on.  Lots more to come.

Tinkering!

Well, it's official, I have been hit with the mini making bug once again!  Have a peek at just a couple of things I have done so far. 

 

 

I have also started to work on an antiques shop roombox!  I am very excited about that.  I ahve been surfing the web constantly for ideas.  Stay tuned to see what comes of it.

Caterina's Christmas Swap

Hi all.  Now that the busyness of Christmas holidays is over I thought I would share what I received in Caterina's mini Christmas swap.  A box full of goodies came to my mailbox just before Christmas and I tell you it was hard not to open it right away! 



I am so impressed with this Christmas gift! 

 

I also recently scored some cute animal miniatures from my local dollar store.  All of these items were in one pack for a dollar!!  It's the little things that make me happy.

I recently splurged on some yummy looking minis! Check them out. I kind of wish they were life sized and edible but they are pretty awesome in miniature as well!
